The Inquirer Came to the Bench and Photographed the Work
In 2013 this laboratory was in Gloucester City, New Jersey, and a reporter and photographer from the Philadelphia Inquirer came out to it. Not a phone interview and not a press release — they stood in the room, watched drives being opened, and photographed the bench. That feature is still live on inquirer.com over a decade later.
That is the difference this page is really about. A newspaper sent someone to verify that the laboratory existed. You can read the result yourself, and you can do the same thing with any address advertised in Marlton — in about thirty seconds, from your phone.
Don Anderson was born in New Jersey. The company was founded in Gibbstown in 2011, moved to Millville in 2012 where the Press of Atlantic City covered it, then to Gloucester City. His degree is from Cumberland County College, and in January 2013 he was qualified and gave expert testimony before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law in Trenton. Every one of those is verifiable by somebody other than us — which is the entire point.
YOU CAN ACTUALLY COME HERE
An Hour, One Bridge, and a Person to Hand It To
Marlton is close enough to make this simple. Over a bridge and out toward King of Prussia is about an hour, and at the other end you hand your drive to the engineer who opens it and collect it from the same person. Not a counter. Not a case number. Not a courier. While you’re here, enjoy visiting one of the nations largest designer malls and grab some food.
That’s worth weighing against the alternative, because a local address you can also drive to isn’t the same thing. The question is what happens after you leave it there. If nobody at that address opens drives, the hour you saved is spent on a truck instead — along with the transit risk, the queue you can’t see, and a markup on somebody else’s fee.
If driving doesn’t suit you, ship it — but call first and we’ll tell you how to pack it and what shipping service to use, free, whether or not you send it to us. The most common mistake is cushioning a drive without immobilizing it: wrapped loosely in a padded box it can still move, and a drop the packaging survives can move a head across a platter.

WHAT WE RECOVER
What We Recover for Harrisburg Clients
Hard Drive Recovery
Clicking, grinding, seized and dropped drives; head crashes, firmware faults and bad sectors. Damaged head assemblies replaced with precision-matched donor parts inside our certified clean room.
SSD & NVMe Recovery
Controller failure, firmware corruption and degraded NAND-level recovery on solid-state drives that are no longer recognized. Degraded NVMe drives require specialized hardware, not a software license.
RAID, NAS & Server Recovery
Failed rebuilds, simultaneous drive failures and degraded arrays for practices and businesses along Route 70 and the Greentree corridor. Power down and call before anyone rebuilds.
Surface Pro & Flash drives
Microsoft Surface where storage is soldered to the mainboard. No drive to remove — recovery is board-level micro-soldering. Bent or broken flash drives that require certified expert level micro-soldering – all performed in our certified lab.
PRACTICE & CLINICAL SYSTEMS
Practice management databases, imaging archives and billing systems for the medical and dental offices across Evesham and Cherry Hill. BAA signed upon request before the drive moves.
