FOUR FREE CHECKS
How to Read a Data Recovery Listing
All four take about a minute, cost nothing, and work on us as well as on anyone else.
Question 1
Look the address up on Street View
A recovery laboratory is a building with equipment in it. If what you see is a repair shop, a mail center, a shared executive suite or a shopfront selling something else, no recovery is happening at that address.
Question 2
Search the address on its own
Put just the street address into Google and see what else comes back. If another business trades there under a different name, you have found out who actually occupies the building — and who does not.
Question 3
Ask whether the listing and the lab are the same company
This is the question that settles it. A single company answers immediately. If the drive is going to a “partner facility,” a “network of labs,” or anywhere the person on the phone can’t name, that’s your answer stated indirectly.
Question 4
Ask to drop off and meet the person who will open it
You are handing over the only copy of something you can’t replace. Being able to put it into a named person’s hand, and collect it from the same person, is not an unreasonable thing to want.
Apply all four to us. Our office is at 630 Freedom Business Center Drive, Floor 3, King of Prussia. The recovery laboratory is a secured Montgomery County facility we no longer open to visitors, because we handle medical records and legal evidence. There is no second company, no partner lab, and no shipping label.
WHEN THE SYSTEM IS DOWN
Every Hour It Stays Powered On Costs You
Bensalem’s commercial base runs on systems that cannot stop — distribution and logistics operations along the Route 13 and I-95 corridors, warehousing, light manufacturing, contractors, and the retail and hospitality trade around Street Road. When a drive fails in one of those businesses, the instinct is to keep the operation running while somebody figures it out.
That instinct is what turns a one-day recovery into an impossible one. A degraded drive under continuous load degrades further with every hour. A failing array asked to keep serving requests is being asked to do the one thing most likely to finish it. And a technician plugging it in repeatedly to “see if it comes back” is doing measurable damage each time.
So the advice is uncomfortable but it is the right advice: stop the system and call. Tell us the business is down when you phone and the case goes to the front. Forty minutes later the drive is in a laboratory instead of on a loading dock being shipped out of state.

WHAT WE RECOVER
Warehouse Systems to Family Archives
Hard Drives & NVMe
Clicking, grinding, seized and dropped drives; head crashes, firmware faults, chip degradation, and bad sectors. Damaged head assemblies replaced with precision-matched donor parts inside our certified clean rooms.
Inventory & Warehouse Systems
Warehouse management databases, inventory and manifest data, shipping records and back-office servers for distribution and logistics operations across lower Bucks County.
RAID, NAS & Server Recovery
Failed rebuilds, simultaneous drive failures, degraded arrays and virtual machines. Drives bought together fail together — which is why the rebuild, not the first failure, usually ends the array.
Surge & Electrical Damage
Power surges usually take out the drive’s electronics rather than the platters, which is often a better outcome — but it needs board-level work, not a swapped circuit board, because modern drives store adaptive data unique to that individual drive.
Retail & Hospitality Systems
Point-of-sale terminals, reservation and booking systems, and accounting files for the Street Road commercial corridor. Stop using the system before anyone attempts a repair.
